About

I work at an intersection most people only touch one edge of: DoD program execution, AI governance and audit, and hands-on GenAI engineering. I build the frameworks, make the calls, and produce the evidence that lets organizations adopt AI without losing the audit — ISO/IEC 42001, 27001, and 27701 Lead Auditor; PMI-CPMAI; a Fellow of Management Systems Auditing.

The difference is that I don’t stop at the policy. I write the playbook, then build the software that makes it executable — Priora, Lliam-GOV, and a governed AI software factory are the clearest examples. Governance-as-code, enforced by construction, not asserted in a slide.

Before governance was a discipline with a standard, I ran delivery at scale: a nine-figure federal program serving 400,000+ users, 22 ATO campaigns at an 82% first-pass rate, a two-year cloud backlog cleared in 90 days. Compliance there wasn’t a checkbox — it was a condition of operating. That’s what I bring: I know what a control costs a program, why a gate slows a team, and where risk acceptance is a business decision, not a form.

Second Order Strategy is how I think: ask “then what?” before acting, design for the consequence after the consequence. It’s the standard I hold my own work to.
